[PATCH] Remove unused method canvas::tools::clipBlit

Hi,

Attached is a trivial patch to remove the unused method
canvas::tools::clipBlit.

I seem to have contributed a a pair of changes to OpenOffice.org in the
past, so I hereby declare that:
